Start Every Service Visit with a Great First Impression

Tim Moran Ford Hemet is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Service Greeter to join our team. As the first person customers meet when they arrive in our service drive, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying active, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Automotive experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service are most important.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every service customer promptly with a warm and professional attitude.

• Welcome customers to the service drive and help identify the reason for their visit.

• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department.

• Assist with organizing vehicles entering and leaving the service area.

• Place protective coverings, identification tags, or other service materials in vehicles as needed.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive.

• Keep Service Advisors informed when customers arrive.

• Assist customers with locating their vehicles after service is completed.

• Move and park customer vehicles safely when authorized.

• Help answer general questions and provide directions throughout the dealership.

• Support the service team with additional duties during busy periods.

• Represent Tim Moran Ford Hemet with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to stay organized and attentive in a busy environment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

• Valid California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

• Previous dealership, hospitality, valet, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
