Job Duties:
- Review and complete all warranty repair orders
- Submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate fashion
- Corrects dealer error and rejected claims
- Rectifies outstanding unpaid warranty claims
- Provide daily efficiency reports to management
- Stays informed with current recalls in the dealer portal
- Communicating with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty issues
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty claims and payments
- Facilitates payroll closes for 15th and last day of the month
- Publishes monthly shop schedule
- Assist with other clerical needs and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warranty administration
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
