Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist every customer who enters the showroom or sales lot with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to their needs
  • Explain vehicle performance, technology, available upgrades, accessories, and dealership benefits clearly and confidently
  • Conduct facility tours and provide a best-in-class customer experience from first contact to close
  • Overcome objections and close sales by following the dealership's established sales process
  • Build lasting customer relationships and maintain strong rapport to drive repeat and referral business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as set by dealership leadership
  • Report daily to the Sales Manager on contacts, objectives, planned activities, and prospect analysis
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
  • Uphold Acura's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership CRM and other tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-motivated with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
