F&I Representative

We are looking for a Full-Time, Finance and Insurance Representative to help us in delivering award-winning customer service and creating a unique and memorable experience for our customers. As one of the largest boat dealers and marinas in the area, our operation and inventory offer a great opportunity to succeed in and develop your skills.

Job Summary:

The F&I Representative will work to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and communities we serve while working with other employees to maintain the best practices and experiences. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their boat and ownership experience.
• Present 100% of the customers, 100% of products offered, 100% of the time.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
• Accurately audits team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyzes for areas of improvement.
• Guarantees the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Ability to learn the CRM and DMS software.
• Process all state titles.
• Develop and maintain a finance product follow up system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Finance & Insurance in Marina/Auto industry, preferred.
• Strong mathematical and finance skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Assist sales team process.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Strong phone follow up skills.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Salary:

$70k – 110k Salary + Commission + Monthly Bonuses & Follow up program bonus

Full-time, Year-Round position.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday + Weekends. (5 days per week)
• Monday-Friday in off-peak season (November – March)
