Seasonal Marine Yard Hand

Goodhue Boat Company is growing rapidly, and we're looking for smart, motivated, and dedicated individuals to join our team! Our Ossipee Lake marina is currently hiring for a PT/Seasonal Yard Hand. As a Yard Hand, you will be an essential part of a team that ensures the marina runs smoothly.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Transport trailered boats using pick-up trucks to other locations.

· Move boats using tractors such as John Deere, Kubota and Kioti

· Assist in launching and racking boats.

· Inspect heavy equipment for damages.

· Follow OSHA and company guidelines.

· Report all equipment damages, accidents, and problems to the Marina Manager.

· Assist in winterizing of boats.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience using tractors.

· Valid Driver’s license, a must.

· Clean driving record, a must.

· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to work in various weather conditions..

· Excellent communication skills.

· Willingness to work as part of a team, a must.

Education:

· High School Diploma or GED.

Salary:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
