Golden Age Nursing Home of Guthrie is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for regulatory compliance, staff management, financial performance, and overall facility success.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations 
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

Qualifications:

  • Current Oklahoma LTC Administrator license (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare leadership
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Financial and operational management experience

Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
