Body Shop Assistant

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take messages, and assist customers with inquiries
• Provide estimates for body shop services and schedule jobs accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and tools
• Help move vehicles safely within the shop as needed
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials following safety protocols
• Support parts inventory management and stock replenishment
• Perform other duties to assist the body shop team for efficient operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Customer service experience and ability to handle phone calls professionally
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
