Part Time Cashier/Phone Operator/Light Accounting

This position at Glenn Buege Chevrolet encompasses a variety of responsibilities including cashier, telephone operator, and light accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable with managing cash transactions and handling incoming calls in a professional manner. This is a part time position working Monday - Friday    07:30 am - 1 pm and every third Saturday from 9am to 1pm. 

Responsibilities:

• Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions for all departments
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Filing and scanning documents
• Completing miscellaneous office tasks such as typing vehicle sales documents and working with titles

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Efficient multitasking abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Successful completion of background and driving record checks
