What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (Automotive preferred, but if you’ve crushed it in another field, we want to hear from you.)
Hustlers, go-getters, and closers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
People who understand that "the grind" isn’t just a catchy phrase—it’s a mindset.
Relationship builders who know that repeat business and referrals are the secret sauce.
Someone who can handle objections, problem-solve, and always find a way to say yes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Selling some of the hottest vehicles on the road, from Ram trucks to Jeep Wranglers.
Providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Prospecting, following up, and making things happen—no waiting for customers to walk in.
Working in a high-energy, team-driven environment where winning is the standard.
