Automotive Sales Consultant

Gilroy Chevrolet/Cadillac is seeking driven, competitive, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to build a successful career in the automotive industry.  If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to close deals, and want the opportunity to earn the money you want to make then read on.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
• Build relationships with customers to create repeat and referral business
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives
• Follow-up with internet and showroom leads
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions
• Work with management and finance teams to finalize sales
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, and motivated by income
• Self-Motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn
• Experience with CRM and internet leads
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
