To continue providing the award-winning service we are known for, we’re excited to add an outgoing, highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent to support our team!

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation and Schedule: This is an entry-level position with a starting pay of $12/hr plus commission and bonuses which you’ll earn through making appointments, various service add ons, and parts in.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to help the people in Acadiana keep their cars on the road. The individual we are seeking processes these attributes:

• Efficiently and confidently present ideas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have general computer knowledge
• Experience not required but customer service experience is a preferred
• Ability to ask questions and provide guidance to get customers exactly what or where they need
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Agent, you are one of the first people our service customers will engage with. You’ll be expected to do the following in this role:

• Greet and guide clients over the phone for our service department.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Ability to ask questions to better understand customer’s vehicle concerns
• Assist clients and service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a service expert.
• Know the ins and the outs of current service offers.
• Acquire customer documentation and keep track of service loaners
