WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Giles Nissan Opelousas is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership! If you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team — this could be the perfect fit for you. 

WHAT DO YOU GET?

  • Money of course: This is an entry-level position with a starting pay of $12.00 an hour.

  • A great schedule:  Monday-Thursday 3pm-7pm, Friday 3pm-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
We are looking for a professional well-spoken individual to be our next team member as a part-time receptionist.  Warm friendly communication and a professional appearance is a must.  Also looking for:

  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

  • Able to use most entry-level computer systems

  • Office administration and data skills

  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

WHAT DO YOU DO?
The position is very straightforward here is a quick list:

  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson

  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?
This is a great PART-TIME schedule that allows for work-life balance. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3pm-7pm, Friday 3pm-6pm, and Saturday 9am-5pm
