We’re seeking Vehicle Detailers who are motivated, hands-on, and ready to be part of a supportive, team-driven environment!

What You’ll Earn & Receive

• Starting at $12/hour (More with experience)

• Medical & dental insurance

• Clear career growth: many team members move into sales or management within 2–3 years, with promotions often achievable in the first 6 months

Schedule & Support

• 40-hour workweek with Sunday + one weekday off

• Daily guidance and mentorship from a strong management team

• Training in automotive detailing, customer service, and professional standards

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Clean, wax, polish, and detail vehicles to the highest standards

• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet customer and company expectations

• Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Report any vehicle damage promptly

• Collaborate with teammates to coordinate workflow

• Uphold Giles service standards and represent the brand professionally

Who Thrives at Giles

You’re 19+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean record, but more importantly, you bring:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Attention to detail and pride in your work

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Desire to grow into higher-paying roles or leadership positions

• No experience? No problem, automotive, detailing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
