Gibbs Truck Centers is a medium/severe service/heavy duty Commercial Truck Dealer with 5 locations throughout central California. What We Offer:
- Salary + Monthly Commission ($70-110k++ depends on sold results)

Responsibilities:
- Manager sales territory & Grow market share in truck sales Goleta to Paso Robles
- Working sales manager: Visit & build relationships with local businesses
- Sell New & New commercial trucks- stock & new orders; Lease & Rentals
- Sell warranty and finance
- Organize and layout professional truck display, Truck inspections
- Weekly CRM, draw out buyer’s contracts, sales phone calls
- Manage Sales professional, COACH and set sales monthly objective
- Top notch Follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Work with other Gibbs dealership department leaders
- Write accurate contract & processes paperwork
- Operates safely and follows safety guidelines.
- Exceed monthly sales results for used and used
- Exceed Monthly Budget & strong P&L

Qualifications
- Management experience 3 years, Sales experience 5 years (truck or auto preferred)
- Consistent track record of successfully exceeding sales goals
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge computer skills, contract
- Excellent communication & phone skills & company visits
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment

Valid Driver’s license, Obtain a valid California Salesperson license
