Department Advisor

Gibbs Truck Centers, established 1969, multi-location dealer group throughout California is seeking a Department advisor to assist in overseeing a successful team and productive department.  Be a part of a winning squad. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of department
• Coordinating services
• Conducting lot checks
• Creating and issuing billing invoices
• Following up on invoice payments
• Processing payments
• Performing vehicle intake
• Verifying insurances
• Opening and closing truck repair orders
• Maintaining stellar interdepartmental relationships
• Participating in regular departmental meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills & knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
