Service Advisor/Writer

Gibbs Truck Centers is looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Writer, who brings in great customer service to listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work. Requirements:

• Strong & professional verbal & communication skills;
• Maintaining good customer relations;
• Great computer & typing skills, computer literate;
• Very organized, neat paperwork;
• Strong follow-up & follow-through;

• Some diesel and/or automotive knowledge;
• Setting and obtaining high sales;

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Knowledge of ADP (CDK) preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of truck or auto management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic and able to lead talented employees
• Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment
• Bilingual is a plus
• Looking for a committed team player
