In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our online customers, guiding them through their vehicle purchasing journey from initial inquiry to setting foot in our showroom. You'll leverage your excellent communication and digital skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally respond to online inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing detailed information about our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Build rapport and establish trust with online leads, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the perfect vehicle.
- Utilize our CRM system to effectively manage leads, track communication, and schedule appointments for test drives and in-person consultations.
- Create personalized vehicle presentations and quotes tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Conduct virtual walk-arounds and provide detailed vehicle information through photos and videos.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless transition for customers moving from online to in-store interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and online sales best practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate records of all online interactions and sales activities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging online presence.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software, email platforms, and online communication tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
