Building and Facilities Manger

As the Building and Facilities Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, safety, and operations of our facility located in Wexford and Canonsburg, PA. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients and team members. Must be detail oriented and take pride in the work your preform. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all building maintenance, repairs, and improvements
  • Perform general repairs, basic plumbing and electric, routine maintenance, grounds upkeep
• Address maintenance concerns promptly
• Assist with special projects or building improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Supervise contractors as needed
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Develop and manage the facility budget

Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building repairs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
• Valid driver’s license
