Service and Warranty Administrator

Germain Land Rover North Hill - Service and Warranty Administrator - Wexford, PA

• Full-time Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
• $15-$17 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers in a timely manner
• Keep the customers up to date on the status of their vehicle
• Process payments when service is complete
• Answer dealership phones/direct customers to the correct department
• Assist with warranty claims/File repair orders as they are closed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years warranty processing experience at either a car dealership, automotive leasing company, or state/county vehicle registration office.
• Previous Reynolds and Reynolds experience 
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
