As an AP Clerk, will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payment processing within our automotive dealership. 

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices related to automotive parts, services, and expenses.
• Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare checks and electronic payments on schedule.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve billing issues.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive accounts payable 
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
