Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent communication and smooth service experiences. You will work closely with our technicians and service department to deliver top-quality service and maintain high customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service
• Understand customer vehicle needs and accurately communicate repair recommendations
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders efficiently
• Coordinate between customers and the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs
• Provide clear explanations of service costs and answer customer questions
• Maintain detailed records of services and customer interactions
• Promote additional services and warranty work

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and automotive service software
• Positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction
