As the Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for Internet lead assignment and performance standard accountability.  The Opportunity Manager is also responsible for phone leads, equity leads, prospecting and the performance standards associated with these opportunities.  

Responsibilities:

• Execute lead distribution to ensure proper lead response times
• Keep the client advisors accountable to the agreed upon lead handling process
• Execute the manager portion of the lead handling process with excellence
• Keep the client advisors accountable to the agreed upon activity schedule
• Meet or exceed our agreed upon performance metrics daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

The Opportunities Manager will be heavily involved in the training and development of our Client Advisors.  You will work daily with our consulting partners to ensure training strategies are complied with.  Our Opportunities Managers carry the same authority in our dealerships as our Sales Managers and report directly to the General Sales Manager.  We have very clear processes that we train to perfect daily.  You will receive access to the best resources in the industry to ensure you have all the tools necessary to drive the level of performance we expect. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in opportunity/internet management or related roles
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
