$17-$20 per hour based on experience

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our customers and the company, ensuring exceptional service and smooth communication. You will handle customer inquiries, support daily operations, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Coordinate customer service activities and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist in training new customer service staff as needed.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
