As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations within our service center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for automotive service excellence.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and department efficiency
• Supervise and coach service technicians and advisors to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care
• Coordinate with parts and sales departments to optimize service delivery and inventory management
• Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor service department budget, including labor costs, parts inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar role within a dealership or automotive service center.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with service management software and dealership systems is a plus.
