Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets

• Develop strategic plans for penetrating and growing the luxury vehicle market.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Luxury Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury automotive market dynamics.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
