Yacht Center General Manager

SI Yachts, a Germain Company - Yacht Center General Manager - Staten Island, NY

• Must have previous yachting experience

Base salary of $10k per month plus a percent of net profit monthly

The General Manager oversees and manages the daily operations of dealership. Responsible for maximum return on investment, managing profit and loss and all aspects of daily operations. This includes planning and implementing goals for short- and long-term growth.

The GM will also be responsible for ensuring the dealership delivers a positive and memorable experience to every customer.

Requirements:

• Execute business strategies in collaboration with the corporate team
• Achieve sales and profitability in all departments
• Foster manufacturer relations
• Lead and coach dealership staff to maintain company standards
• Maintain and control organizational expenses
• Maintain standard operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with all local and state laws
• Oversee and execute marketing plans
• Ensure all supervisors and employees have a clear path to success

Qualifications:

• Previous GM/Sales Management experience at a yachting center
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, hardworking
• Passionate about training sales team 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• DockMaster experience a plus
