Requirements:

• Handle all aspects of building maintenance and repairs
• Complete repairs in a timely fashion while keeping a clean work environment
• Working within a budget
• Act as a liaison between the management team and outside vendors
• Must have experience with electrical and carpentry work
• Clean driving record
