What You’ll Do:

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of managing online leads, creating engaging content, and building lasting customer relationships. Your role will include:

• Responding to online inquiries via email, phone, chat, or text, ensuring prompt and professional engagement.
• Qualifying incoming leads and guiding customers through the sales process using structured follow-up plans.
• Creating and sharing engaging content on social media and digital platforms to enhance the dealership’s online presence.
• Facilitating virtual consultations, presentations, and test drives, providing an outstanding online-to-showroom experience.
• Actively following up with customers and managing relationships to close sales and meet individual goals.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service, digital platforms, and sales. Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasive selling.
• Experience using CRM software and online communication tools.
