Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service inquiries.

• Clearly explain vehicle issues, recommend necessary repairs and maintenance, and provide accurate cost estimates.

• Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.

• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle service histories.

• Process payments and handle customer concerns with a positive attitude.

• Uphold George Nunnally Chevrolet's high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.

• Proficient in computer systems and dealership management software.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
