The Opportunity:
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, motivating and training our sales team, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. This is a critical leadership role that offers significant impact and growth potential within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal vehicle merchandising.
- Foster a positive and productive sales environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales talent.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
