Job Type:

  • Full-Time (Preferred)

  • Part-Time (Available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, in alignment with state regulations and scope of practice.

  • Execute day-to-day patient care tasks and treatment plans as assigned.

  • Document and report patient progress, concerns, or changes to the Physical Therapist and, when appropriate, to referring physicians.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards (federal, state, and local).

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical and administrative standards.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

  • Support the mission of expanding equitable, community-based orthopedic and rehabilitation care.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

  • Two evenings per week required (until 6:30 PM)

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed PTA (preferred)

Language:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Licensure:

  • Current or pending Illinois Physical Therapy Assistant License (required)
