Home Caregiver (CNA, HCA) several rural areas

Description of the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Caregivers (CNA, HCA) to join our team in several rural areas in Davenport, WA. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times

Requirements:

• Certification as a CNA or HCA
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

- Competitive pay of $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

• Extra $4.00 per hour for working a short shift (2-3 hours)
• 1 hour bathing shift pays $40.00
• Couples care pays $5.00 more per hour
