Join our dynamic automotive team as a Sales Scheduling Agent!  We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to coordinate appointments between our sales team and prospective customers.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for multiple dealership locations
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure availability and preparedness
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details
  • Follow up with potential customers to reschedule missed appointments or gather feedback
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or automotive sales support is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
