Position Summary

Gaudin Ford is seeking a motivated Service Advisor with strong dealership experience to join our service team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, accurately document vehicle concerns, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and help maintain our high standards for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly document vehicle symptoms and concerns as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend appropriate maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Establish and communicate realistic follow-up and completion times.
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide customers with regular status updates.
• Verify that final invoices accurately reflect the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain completed repairs, maintenance, and charges to customers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and the service department to ensure a smooth repair process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive dealership experience required.
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• CDK and MPI experience required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Ford experience preferred.
• Paycom experience preferred but not required.
• Positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• CSI-focused with a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
