BDC Associate

Gary Yeomans Ford of Ocala is looking for BDC Associates to join our team! Responsible for communicating with customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for the Service team. Must have exceptional customer service skills, with a strong work ethic. If this sounds like you, please apply!

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Generate leads through phone and email campaigns
• Schedule appointments for our service team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and organized
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
