Description of the role:

The BDC associate at Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email to generate leads and schedule appointments for the service team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Generate leads through phone and email campaigns
• Schedule appointments for the service team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
