Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
•
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
•
Strong organizational and time management abilities, must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
•
Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
•
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software and systems
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
