Position Overview:
The Internet Sales Consultant will play a key role in responding to online inquiries, assisting customers with vehicle selections, and helping to facilitate a seamless car-buying experience. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that requires someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service to our online customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to online leads, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle by providing detailed information about available models, features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Schedule appointments, test drives, and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers' needs are met, providing a seamless transition from the online inquiry to the in-dealer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, particularly the Ford lineup, to address customer questions and help them make informed decisions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile to ensure a positive online car-buying experience.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience Required: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an automotive or internet sales environment.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport, listen to customer needs, and provide top-tier service.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM software.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and work together to meet sales goals.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; further education is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Weekly Salary plus Commission – Our internet earners make over $150K a year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
