Sales BDC Agent

Gary Crossley Ford is looking for a motivated BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team! If you have strong communication skills, sales experience, and enjoy working with customers, this could be a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries

• Make outbound calls and send texts/emails to customers

• Set and confirm sales appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM

• Follow up with customers to keep them engaged in the buying process

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience required

• Strong phone communication skills

• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems

• CDK Eleads experience preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
