Gary Crossley Ford is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our dynamic sales team and Sales Managers. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient sales process and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Customer Support & Experience

• Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and providing prompt support.

• Represent Gary Crossley Ford at special events, including Crossley Customs shows (may include evenings/weekends).

Vehicle Coordination

• Prepare vehicles for delivery—ensure they’re spotless and meet dealership presentation standards.

• Transport vehicles to and from Crossley Custom vendors, keeping inventory clean and organized.

• Ensure all vehicles on the lot are well-maintained, fueled, and ready for display or delivery.

• Support snow removal efforts during winter to maintain a safe, accessible lot.

Sales Operations Support

• Apply and maintain vehicle addendums as soon as upgrades or customizations are complete.

• Receive and inspect all incoming new and used units from transporters.

• Manage dealer trades, coordinating transport logistics and occasionally delivering vehicles yourself.

• Keep vehicle listings accurate and up-to-date on our website, third-party platforms, and vAuto.

Administrative Tasks

• Support the team with data entry and documentation using Excel and Word.

• Maintain organized records and assist in process improvement tasks as needed.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic understanding of vAuto (training provided)

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a variety of vehicle types
