Requirements

• Proven experience as an auto collision damage appraiser or similar role.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with appraisal software and digital estimating tools is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
