  • Base Salary ($42k) + Commission

  • Expected First-Year Earnings: Up to $125,000+

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Assist customers in selecting and leasing or purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles

  • Build relationships and deliver a high-quality, transparent customer experience

  • Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits

  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and repeat customers

  • Work with management to structure deals and achieve sales goals

 

 


 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

 

 


 

 

Preferred Backgrounds

 

 

  • Automotive Sales or Leasing

  • Retail Sales (cell phones, furniture, or high-ticket items)

  • Hospitality or customer service

  • Commission-based or B2B sales
