Sales Representative

Title: Sales Representative

Position Description: Full-Time, Remote (must be based in Springfield area)

Pay Range: $60K-$100K + Uncapped commission 

Overview

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners and their families, understand their mobility and safety needs, and recommend accessibility-focused remodeling solutions. This is a consultative role built on trust, listening, and guiding people through important decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess accessibility needs and recommend solutions
• Sell projects such as ramps, barrier-free showers, walk-in bathtubs, accessible bathroom vanities, and accessible kitchens
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals and guide customers from first visit to signed contract
• Build relationships with referral sources such as healthcare professionals, discharge planners, community organizations, and the VA
• Follow up on leads promptly and manage your pipeline in our CRM
• Work with our production team to ensure a smooth hand-off and a great customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling construction or home improvement services (remodeling, bath, roofing, and similar)
• Comfort with a consultative, relationship-first sales approach
• Strong communication skills and empathy when working with seniors, people with disabilities, and their families
• Ability to read plans, take measurements, and discuss scope with customers
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule and territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
