Job Description
At Fusion/RoboJob-USA, the Account Executive wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned direct customers. Assigned to prospects based on geography or market, the Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and new customer recruitment objectives.
The Account Executive represents the entire range of company products and services in assigned geographies though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused on a particular vertical market.
The Account Executive reports to the President.
Job Responsibilities
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel at prospects in assigned geography.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet prospect requirements leading to customer sale and onboarding.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned geographies.
- Proactively participates in territory planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive rate of new customer acquisition.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to develop the business and achieve targets.
- Ensures proper prospecting, sales process advancement, proposal management, and closing of all qualified opportunities.

Manages daily activities that support pipeline growth and management including:
- Actively managing existing “leads” contact and nurturing.
- Direct solicitation via phone, email, campaigns, events, etc.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
- Able to lead and manage a conversation, to create emotional engagement, and earn the trust of others.
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated geographies.
- Achieves activity and sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Meets assigned expectations for top-line Revenue and profitability.
- Maintains high satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years successful track record of sales of technical products.
- CNC machining industry experience is a plus.
- Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience developing prospecting plans and campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Energetic daily demeanor with a passion to learn and grow.
Annual Expected On-target-earnings (OTE): $100,000 to $150,000
