What You’ll Do as a Sales Consultant

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and authenticity

• Understand needs and match them to the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram model

• Deliver standout test drive experiences that showcase features with clarity and confidence

• Provide transparent presentations of finance, lease, and purchase options

• Close deals with professionalism and integrity while exceeding expectations

• Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and keep in touch with past clients

• Stay up to date on model lineups, promotions, and competitive insights

• Must-have: sales experience

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Driven, organized, and goal-oriented—with a focus on results

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required)

• History of success in sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation

• $50,000 - $100,000+

• Salary + Bonus and Commission 
  • Total Compensation is contingent upon several factors including years of experience, performance, etc.
