Fury Motors is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at Fury Ford of Waconia! If you take pride in delivering an outstanding service experience and have the ability to confidently recommend and sell maintenance and repair services, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Ford dealership experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and close the sale
• Strong customer service mindset with high CSI scores
• Ability to present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence
• Must be dependable, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
