Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and other heavy mechanical components.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and technical data.

• Conduct repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership guidelines.

• Complete repair orders accurately and timely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Communicate repair status and recommendations with service advisors and other team members.

• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and service procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.

• Ford certification required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various physical positions and conditions.

• Excellent mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
