We're looking for an INVENTORY ACCOUNTING CLERK to join our Friendship Family!
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
What You'll Do:
- Verify payoff information for trade-in vehicles and process payments.
- Use templates to post wholesale and dealer trade vehicle transactions.
- Stock new and used vehicles into inventory.
- Collect and maintain vehicle inventory documents.
- Process title reassignments and duplicate title requests.
- Assist Title Clerks and Office Managers.
- Complete administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification Checklist:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- High-focus with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
