We are seeking an experienced Automotive Master Certified Technician to join our team at Friendly Ford Lincoln in Monroe, MI. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with service advisors.
• Stay current with automotive technologies and industry best practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• Automotive Ford Master Certification or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Transmission diagnosis and repair specialty will pay a premium.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a mentor to apprentice technicians.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
