Description of the role:

Friendly Ford is seeking a highly driven Client Concierge for the Service Business Development Center to assist Friendly Ford’s customer portfolio of over 50 years. Inbound and outbound phone calls and handling some cashiering duties, the ideal candidates for this position need to be friendly, outgoing, motivated, and willing deliver high quality customer service. You will play a vital role in the service team, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, emails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails.
  • Assisting clients in making appointments for services.
  • Become knowledgeable about the Ford Motor Company portfolio of vehicles and programs.
  • Maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Coordinating with service team to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.

Requirements:

  • Inbound and outbound phone call experience preferred but not necessary, auto industry a plus

  • Appointment setting skills

  • CRM Skills a plus

  • Superior communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent follow up skills

  • Self-motivator

  • Bilingual (Spanish) major plus

  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
